Data Collection: We collect only necessary data for transaction fulfillment (Name, Shipping Address, Email).
AI Generation Data: Names and locations entered into the "AI Lab" are processed ephemerally to generate your PDF and are not stored permanently in our archives.
NOTE: We do not sell your data to third-party agencies. Your secrets are safe with us.

Digital products (PDF Case Files) are NON-REFUNDABLE once the download link has been generated.
Physical Evidence Kits:
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, evidence (photos of damage) must be submitted to Control via email.
